300SDL TURBO 5-PASSENGER SEDAN
3.0 LITER OHC 6-CYLINDER TURBOCHARGED DIESEL
The car shows 150k miles on it but the odometer has stopped working 3 years ago. The car is rarely driven since I work from home so Im figuring it has 165,000 miles on it. Im the cars second owner.
Like-new Michelin tires. New transmission installed by dealer and has a new battery and glow plugs.
Carpet and door panels look like new. All the windows are powered and come with heavy, dark tint that keeps the car even cooler in the summer, plus protects the leather seats. The stereo is an am/fm cassette stereo with powered antenna and removable face plate.
The exterior has Desert Taupe Metallic paint that shows minor dings and scratches and some sun damage on hood and sunroof as it has not been garaged for the past five years. The interior is dark chocolate brown leather that is in very good condition. The passenger side seat was replaced right after I bought the car in 1998. All seats are powered, including the rear seatwhich reclines--and come with two memory buttons.
Overall the car is in great condition for a car thats 22 years old; just needs some cosmetic touches and the trunk seal needs to be replaced. The car is simply too big for one person so thats why Im selling it.

Don't let distance factor into buying, I love to travel and can bring it to you or you can fly in stay at the beach and drive it home.
This car is in immaculate condition inside and out, there are a few dings but nothing major or highly noticeable as shown. Also I applied a little bit of sticky stuff to hold my ipod to the dash between the wheel and the stereo, you can take it off with cleaner if you'd like. I would never sell this car if not for a job move to Kuwait. This car needs nothing and is ready to by your new daily driver like it was mine. I would not hesitate to drive it across country. I have a local offer of $6500 but would like to get more out of it after all the money I put into it. I fly out on October the 10th and am accepting offer up until the 9th.

Hello, my name's Ilia and I'm new in this forum. I've been visiting it for a while, but 'till now - I have'nt registered.
I hope that I would become integrated in here, and make some new friends.
I have a 1985 300SD that all of a sudden will not start. I replaced two glow plugs. It has never let me down untill now. Any suggestions on how to start this great second backup car? Thanks in advance. Ed

I have a 2004 E500 and I noticted water now builds up in the area where the wiper arms are located. I removed wiper arms and tried to remove the plastic screws, but they only turned.
How can I remove this plastic cover? Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you

Hi...I just bought a CPO '06 E350 4Matic Sedan with 13k original 1-owner miles.
The car looks and drives like new, but when driving over the slightest bump or uneven pavement, there is a really annoying rattle coming from the back end of the front door panels. This happens even at very slow speeds...I love the car, but is there anyway this can be addressed? (maybe by removing and reattaching the panels, or is there any way to dampen the rattle?)
I suspect the original owner was a door-slammer, and that might have loosened them a bit over the last 4 years...
Thanks!
